At ALC Dance Studios, your performance is our priority. If your dancewear or shoes don't provide the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached; please note that tights and undergarments are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Final Processing

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
